Web3 game developer Revolving Games raises $25M
The Revolving Games team involved in the creation of Web3 games has raised more than $25 million, writes The Block.
During the pre-seed round, the project received $12 million. Pantera Capital, Animoca Brands, Polygon, Dapper Labs, and former Rockstar Games creative vice president Dan Houser provided $13.2 million as part of the seed round.
Revolving Games will fund its products over the next two years.
ForkLog previously reported that Limit Break has raised $200 million to bring Web3 elements into the Free-to-Play model.
According to a report by DappRadar and the Blockchain Game Alliance, in January-March, investments in blockchain gaming projects amounted to $2.5 billion.
Recall that Web3 game publisher Xterio received $40 million from FunPlus, venture capital firms Makers Fund and FTX Ventures, as well as the XPLA platform.
