Mark Mobius does not rule out the fall of Bitcoin to $10,000
The cost of bitcoin could fall next year by 40% compared to the current price and reach $10,000, according to well-known investor Mark Mobius, quoted by CNBC.
According to the co-founder of Mobius Capital Partners, who correctly predicted the price of bitcoin to fall to $20,000 this year, the price of this cryptocurrency is not far from the $10,000 mark after breaking through technical support levels located at $18,000 and $17,000.
Mark Mobius told CNBC that his speculation is due to an expected hike in interest rates and a generally tighter monetary policy by the US Federal Reserve.
